If you need a satphone for a single trip, renting almost always beats buying. We supply the kit, the airtime, the instructions — and we cover the cost of return shipping.

How rental works

    Tell us the trip

    Where, when, how long, how many devices. We'll recommend kit and airtime.

  2. 02

    Confirm and pay

    Rental fee + activation fee + airtime + refundable deposit. UK card, BACS or invoiced account.

  3. 03

    Receive activated kit

    Devices arrive ready-to-go in the UK by tracked courier — same working day for orders before 15:00 GMT.

  4. 04

    Use it

    Take it on the trip. We're on the hotline 24/7 if you have any issues.

  5. 05

    Send it back

    Use the prepaid return label provided. Once it's back and checked, deposit refunded within five working days.
