Cancellation

Sorry to see you go. Cancellation is straightforward and we don't make it hard.

What you’ll need

  • The satellite phone number or SIM ICCID
  • The name on the billing account
  • Your preferred cancellation date

Notice period

Most plans cancel at the end of the current billing cycle (typically 30 days from your last bill). Some longer contract plans have a notice period — check your original confirmation, or ask us and we’ll confirm.

How to cancel

We will email a written cancellation confirmation, including the effective date and any final billing.

Want to pause instead?

Many customers find a paused plan more useful than cancellation — keep the SIM and number active for a small monthly fee, ready to reactivate when needed. See plan changes.

Number portability

If you’d like to take your satphone number with you to another supplier, we’ll facilitate the port. Tell us where you’re going.
