Top-up airtime
If your SIM is active with us, top-ups are usually instant. Most can be done online; complex or pooled plans go through the hotline.
How to top up
Most top-ups can be processed online. We’ll need:
- The satellite phone number or SIM serial (ICCID)
- The voucher value (or recurring plan amount) you want
- A credit/debit card or invoiced account
Once we have the request, top-ups are usually live within minutes for prepaid plans, and within an hour for monthly plans.
How to do it
- By phone, 24/7: Call 0800 747 6747. Fastest route, especially out of hours.
- By email: sales@satphone.co.uk — quote your SIM or phone number.
- By form: Send a quick request — pick “Top-up” as the use case.
Renewals and auto top-up
If you’re on a monthly plan, renewal is automatic. If you’d like an auto top-up arrangement — for example, “add 100 prepaid units whenever balance falls below 50” — we can put that in place. Ask us.
Lost the receipt?
We can resend any top-up receipt from our records. Drop us a note with the phone number and the rough date of the transaction.
