Activate a plan
If you've just received a SIM from us, you can activate it through this form or the hotline. We typically activate within one working hour during UK business hours; overnight activations are completed first thing the next morning.
What we need to activate
- The SIM serial (printed on the SIM card and on the despatch paperwork)
- Your billing details (or PO number, for invoiced accounts)
- The plan you’d like (we’ll have included recommendations with the SIM)
- Confirmation of the start date if not “today”

Once activated
You’ll receive:
- A confirmation of the plan and activation date by email
- The satellite phone number assigned to the SIM
- Optional: a UK +44 number for the SIM if you’ve requested one

You can pause an active plan (subject to plan terms) or cancel it — see plan changes and cancellation.
