If you find a better UK price on a like-for-like device with comparable airtime, tell us. We'll match it or explain why we can't.
What we promise
- UK pricing on every device and plan, including VAT where applicable, with nothing hidden.
- If you find a lower published price on a like-for-like device with comparable airtime from a UK-registered satellite communications retailer, we'll match it.
- If we can't match it, we'll tell you honestly why — usually it's because of grey-market sourcing, sham bundling or different aftercare.
What "like-for-like" means
The competing offer must be:
- For the same device, brand-new (not refurbished, ex-rental or grey-market)
- From a UK-registered retailer with a UK address and a working hotline
- Including UK-compliant warranty
- Including airtime activation if applicable
- Published — we can't match a private quote we can't verify

The honest small print
Satellite communications is a small market. Most credible UK competitors price within a few percent of each other on hardware, because we all buy from the same official channels. The differences that actually matter — and that we'd rather you choose us on — are speed, aftercare and the time we spend making sure you buy the right thing in the first place.
