Return via DHL
For DHL returns, we provide a pre-paid waybill. Pack the device with the supplied accessories and book a DHL collection — or drop it at a DHL ServicePoint.
Step by step
- Email us at returns@satphone.co.uk with your order or rental reference. We’ll send a DHL waybill (PDF).
- Pack the device with all supplied accessories — handset, battery, charger, manual, SIM if applicable. Use the original box where possible.
- Attach the waybill to the parcel in the clear pouch.
- Book a collection at DHL.com or drop at a DHL ServicePoint.
- Track the parcel using the tracking number on the waybill.
What we need back
- The device
- All supplied accessories (charging cable, mains adaptor, manual, case)
- The SIM card if it was supplied with the device
- For warranty/repair: a brief description of the fault, ideally with photos or a step-by-step
What happens next
- We process returns within two working days of receipt
- Warranty assessments take longer — we’ll keep you posted
- Rental refunds (deposit or unused weeks) are processed within five working days
