Cheaper calling
UK landline calls to satphones are expensive (£2–£6/min). The two best ways to reduce that:
- Use a UK +44 number assigned to the satphone — callers pay normal UK rates. We can supply these for Iridium and Inmarsat.
- Use a callback service — the caller dials a short UK number, hangs up, and the system calls them back and connects them through. Cheaper, but slower.
