Terms of sale and use
This page sets out the contract between you and Callmonitor Limited (trading as Satphone.co.uk).

1. Parties
These terms apply to all purchases, rentals and service contracts entered into through Satphone.co.uk. The supplier is Callmonitor Limited, registered in England, company number 03844878, VAT GB 743 9799 71, registered office 207 Regent Street, London W1B 4ND.
2. Orders
An order is a request to buy. A contract is formed when we accept your order by email or by dispatching the goods. We may decline an order at our discretion (for example, where stock is unavailable, the regulatory regime prevents us supplying, or the request raises sanctions concerns).
3. Price and payment
Prices are in GBP and include VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable. Payment is due before dispatch unless we have agreed credit account terms in writing.
4. Delivery
We dispatch from the UK. Activated orders placed before 15:00 GMT on a UK working day are usually dispatched the same day, subject to stock. International deliveries are subject to local import duty and tax, which you are responsible for.
5. Activation and airtime
Airtime services are provided by the underlying operator (Iridium, Inmarsat, Thuraya, Globalstar). We act as their accredited reseller. Plan terms, allowances, fair use and roaming restrictions are set by the operator and may change. We will pass through any operator-side changes that affect your service.
6. Cancellation and returns
Consumers in the UK have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, with limited exceptions (notably activated SIMs, opened airtime vouchers, and custom-built kit). For full terms see our returns process.
Business orders are non-refundable once dispatched unless faulty.
7. Warranty
Hardware sold by us carries the manufacturer’s warranty (typically 12 to 24 months). We facilitate warranty repair via the manufacturer. Out-of-warranty repair is chargeable. See manufacturer warranty terms for exclusions.
8. Rental
Rental terms (including deposit, insurance and damage policy) are set out separately in the rental agreement. Renters are responsible for the kit until it is received back at our office.
9. Use restrictions
You may not use equipment or airtime in breach of UK, EU or US law, including sanctions. We may suspend or terminate service where we reasonably suspect breach.
10. Liability
Subject to applicable law, our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
