Environmental policy
A short, honest policy. We are a small London-based importer and reseller. Our environmental impact is modest but not nothing — here is how we manage it.

Our footprint
We are a UK importer and reseller of satellite communications equipment. Our operational footprint comes mainly from:
- Inbound and outbound shipping of devices and accessories
- Packaging materials (mostly cardboard, supplied protected)
- Battery and electronic waste at end-of-life
- Office energy at our London office
What we do
- Consolidate inbound shipping where possible to reduce per-unit transport emissions
- Re-use packaging where it remains sound
- Recycle batteries and electronics through compliant UK schemes — we are registered for WEEE
- Avoid plastic in our own packaging
- Source UK office energy from a renewable supplier where the lease permits
End-of-life
If you have an old satphone, BGAN or accessory and aren’t sure what to do with it, send it back to us — we’ll route it to the appropriate WEEE recycler. We don’t charge for this on goods originally purchased from us.
Suppliers
We work primarily with manufacturers (Iridium, Inmarsat, Thuraya, Globalstar) and operators who publish their own environmental policies. We expect — and where possible specify — modest packaging and right-sized devices.
Transparency
This is a small-business policy. We don’t claim net zero, and we don’t carbon-offset. We try to do the obvious, useful things first. If you have suggestions, tell us.
