Return via UPS
For UPS returns, we provide a pre-paid label. Drop the parcel at a UPS Access Point or book a collection.
Step by step
- Email us at returns@satphone.co.uk with your order or rental reference. We’ll send a UPS label (PDF).
- Pack the device with all supplied accessories. Use the original box where possible.
- Attach the label to the parcel.
- Drop at a UPS Access Point (search at ups.com/dropoff) or book a collection.
- Track with the tracking number on the label.
What we need back
- The device
- All supplied accessories (cable, charger, manual, case)
- SIM card if supplied
- For warranty: a fault description
What happens next
- Returns processed within two working days of receipt
- Refunds for rental deposits / unused weeks within five working days
- Warranty timelines depend on the operator; we’ll keep you posted
