Lost, damaged, or upgraded handset? We can issue a replacement SIM with your existing number and plan.

When you need a new SIM

  • The original SIM is lost or damaged
  • You’ve upgraded to a handset that uses a different SIM size (e.g. mini → micro)
  • Your SIM has failed in field
  • You’re moving to a new device

What we need

  • The current satellite phone number or original SIM ICCID
  • The new handset’s make and model (so we send the right SIM size)
  • A shipping address

Process

  1. Request via the methods below
  2. We deactivate the old SIM and issue a replacement
  3. We post the new SIM (UK next working day on signed-for service by default)
  4. You insert and activate — number and plan carry over
