When you need a new SIM
- The original SIM is lost or damaged
- You’ve upgraded to a handset that uses a different SIM size (e.g. mini → micro)
- Your SIM has failed in field
- You’re moving to a new device
What we need
- The current satellite phone number or original SIM ICCID
- The new handset’s make and model (so we send the right SIM size)
- A shipping address
Process
- Request via the methods below
- We deactivate the old SIM and issue a replacement
- We post the new SIM (UK next working day on signed-for service by default)
- You insert and activate — number and plan carry over
