Common changes

  • Upgrade — move to a higher allowance plan, usually effective immediately
  • Downgrade — move to a lower allowance, usually effective from the next billing cycle
  • Switch operator — move from prepaid to monthly (or vice versa) within the same network
  • Add or remove SIMs from a pooled plan
