Most plans can be changed at the next billing cycle. Some can be changed mid-cycle. Tell us what you need and we'll confirm what's possible.
Common changes
- Upgrade — move to a higher allowance plan, usually effective immediately
- Downgrade — move to a lower allowance, usually effective from the next billing cycle
- Switch operator — move from prepaid to monthly (or vice versa) within the same network
- Add or remove SIMs from a pooled plan

Pause or holiday plans
For seasonal users, we offer reduced-cost “park” plans that keep your SIM active and your number reserved while you’re not using it. Ask us about pause options for your specific operator.
